A career in Youth work

1974 – 1984

This period focuses on the early days of working with young people and community voluntary organisations in Newham.
Non Statuary Youth provisions in Local Education Authorities came out of the 1960s Albemarle report set up to find solutions for young white people delinquent behaviour especially the many battles fought between the Mods and the Skinheads.
